Perfect for a Business Traveler

The internet speed was fantastic! It made finishing my work a breeze, especially after a long day. The shuttle to the airport was on point, no delays!

The elevators could use better maintenance!!! Pool towel availability is inconsistent, which is frustrating. Housekeeping could be more responsive on busy days. This place feels outdated overall, lacking the modern touches I've come to expect!!!

The hotel is conveniently located and features nice rooms and courteous staff, including a delightful shuttle driver. However, the walls are thin, which made the stay less comfortable, and some amenities seemed lacking, like hair dryers in rooms that required replacement. Overall, it's great for those needing quick access to the airport.

my stay was delightful as the hotel is perfectly situated just minutes from Lake Crabtree and a short drive to the vibrant PNC Arena, making it easy to explore the best of the area. The rooms were spacious and updated, which made relaxing after a day of sightseeing so enjoyable.

Our King Room was clean and cozy, providing a perfect retreat after a long day. The hotel's location is great for airport access, making travel easy. Make sure to check the restaurant hours before you arrive. we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast at a nearby café instead!

The front desk staff provided a friendly and professional welcome, and I appreciated the free coffee available in the lobby each morning. The room was spacious and clean, but the noise levels were disruptive—thin walls allowed sounds from the hallway and outside to seep in, making it hard to relax. Dinner service in the restaurant was slow, and my server seemed overwhelmed, which detracted from the overall experience.

I enjoyed how clean and comfortable my room was, the wonderful breakfast selection, and the convenience of being just six minutes from the airport! Definitely would stay here again.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. The shower had hair and dirt, making it uncomfortable to use. Additionally, the room had an issue with the door not closing properly, adding to my frustration during my stay.
